What I collect. When you use the contact form, you give me your names, email address, phone number, proposed date, location, a message, and how you found me. If we work together, I’ll also collect what I need to write your ceremony: your stories, family names, readings and so on. Sometimes that includes religious or cultural details, which count as “special category” data, and I handle it with extra care.

Why. To reply to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call and, if you book me, plan, write and lead your ceremony.

Who sees it. Me, plus the tools that store it: Framer (which hosts this website and form), and gmail. I don’t sell your details or share them with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

How long I keep it. Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted after 6 months. Details of couples I’ve worked with are kept for 6 months after the wedding, then deleted.

Cookies. I have conducted a cookie audit on my website, and no cookies are used.

Your rights. You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Just email me. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
